Today's painting began with the idea to continue the limited palette of yellow, paynes grey and white and then evolved into a flower patch.

My goal from painting daily with watercolors is to sharpen my observation and memory skills so I can tell stories with my art work. Some themes here are Jewish and other religions and history, portraits, and compositions from recollections of Iowa landscapes and everyday observations.
